Officer begins solo patrol after completing field training program
Minot, N.D. – The Minot Police Department announced that Officer Ezekiel Smith has completed the Field Training Program and began his first solo shift.
Officials said the training included three phases and provided hands-on experience across multiple shifts, preparing him for patrol duties.
Smith is now assigned to the afternoon shift.
The department recognized the milestone as a significant step in his law enforcement career and welcomed him as he begins serving the community.
