City of Minot announces Good Friday closures and service changes
Minot, N.D. – The City of Minot announced that several city offices will be closed on Friday, April 3, in observance of Good Friday, including City Hall, Public Works, Municipal Court, and the Engineering Department.
City transit buses will continue to operate on their regular schedule.
However, there will be no residential garbage collection on April 3, with a makeup collection scheduled for Wednesday, April 8.
Officials said the Minot landfill will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday but will be closed on Saturday, April 4, before reopening Monday, April 6.
The Minot Public Library will be closed Friday, open Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed again Sunday.
Residents experiencing water service emergencies are advised to call 701-852-0111. Normal city operations and services will resume on Monday, April 6.
