Grady Floyd sentenced to 2 years probation for intent to deliver marijuana
MINOT, N.D. – Grady Lee Floyd, 25, Minot, pleaded guilty on Friday to Class B felony intent to deliver marijuana and two counts of Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and received a two year deferred imposition of sentence for two years of supervised probation.
He received concurrent sentences for all of the charges. He will receive credit for 44 days time served in the Ward County Jail and six days off his sentence for good behavior. If he successfully completes probation, the charges will be dismissed.
Floyd was also ordered to pay court costs and fines. Under the terms of a plea deal, Class B felony intent to deliver cocaine and Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia charge were dismissed against Floyd.
